納車整備は本当にしたのか？（ネロさんのクチコミ投稿）

店舗裏の車両の在庫数が多く、これだけでも行く価値はあると感じました。 年式や状態から考えても価格が安く、満足のいく商品を購入することができました。 お客さんや対応するスタッフも多く、盛況なのを感じました。またいつか中古車を検討する際は訪れたいと思います。

We called and had an appointment at their shop and drove 2hrs to get to there, as we arrived as a foreigner nobody talked to me. So ive waited about 20mins then i started to come to their desk to ask for help and some nice agent finally handled us. Then as i check the serena that i was aiming to buy he let me check the car at the most open and heated place without a courtesy of bringing it to a nearby roof/shaded area. And they wont allow you to test drive the car by the way.. So we checked also the aircondition that is not that cold so maybe because of the time that its been in a hot sun. So i finally decided to make a reservation to the car that i like. After about a month at the time that i was about to pick up the car they let us check it again under the sun again. So we basically just check the front aircon as i arrived at home my family noticed that the rear/back aircon is not cooling.i guest they hide it and not let me know it. Too bad i didnt get or pay the offers that they offering like warranty, ceramic coating etc. because its too expensive. So disappointed with the way they hide the issues of the car that they selling. They just let u disvover it by yourself. So sad

この度はこちらのお店でMAZDA3を購入させて頂きました。 清水さんに担当頂き、価格には非常に満足しております。 ちょっと迷いましたが、コーティングも価格以上で、清水さんが仰っていた様に、 細かい傷はキレイに消えており、言っておりませんでしたが、気になっていた社内の汚れも キレイになって納車いただきました。 次も機会があれば是非お世話になりたいと思っております。
